This spooky necklace features three-dimensional horror movie-inspired design! Beautifully hand-painted, it showcases layers of super light resin. This ‘Clown’s Balloon’ necklace is comprised of two charms that are hand-assembled from laser-cut parts and linked with actual rope chain. They hang from a chunky plated chain.
