How do you authenticate each item?

Each item goes through brand-specific authentication process. We inspect all goods for appropriate brand markings, date codes, serial tags and hologram stickers. Everything passes through our strict authenticity tests before it is curated into daily sales. Our fine jewellery comes with a written valuation certificate upon request. Art items are thoroughly researched and validated by our team of fine art specialists.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITION STANDARDS?

Excellent - items show no signs of being worn or in an absolute luxury vintage/new condition.

Very good - Items may have slight scratches at metal/outside surfaces, but stones are still perfect.

Good - Items may have moderate scratches or tarnishing at any component. Sings of wear through age and time.

Many of our items come with original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards. When these are available, they will be mentioned in the item description.


What is your return policy?

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase or shipment date, for any reason.Returned items must be unused, in original condition and with all the original tags attached. For returns of sale items we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless deemed faulty. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged (without prior notice), show signs of you wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

What if I am not satisfied with my jewellery purchase?

You are always welcome to return an item if it has dissatisfied you in any way, you are free to return it for a full-refund. Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase or shipment date, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and with all the original tags attached.

We will send an email confirmation for your order, as well as tracking information when your package has shipped. You can view the status of your order and obtain tracking information about your order in the My Purchases section within your account. 

How do i track my order?


can i cancel my order?

We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. This usually occurs within 30 minutes during business hours. To find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact Customer Service at sales@danilova.com.au  


can i buy a gift card?

Unfortunately, we don't support gift cards at this time. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified about gift cards as soon as they become available.
