Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase or shipment date, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and with all the original tags attached. 

For returns of sale items we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless deemed faulty. 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged (without prior notice), show signs of you wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

For a return, a full-refund for the item will be made upon successful inspection of the returned item. 

For an exchange, a refund for that item will be made and a new order will need to be placed for the new item of choice. 

 

HOW TO RETURN

You may submit request for a return/exchange by contacting Customer Care by email: sales@danilova.com.au 

Upon submission, await for further instructions and return address label from Customer Support. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please submit your return by email: sales@danilova.com.au and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of your wear or incorrect jewellery care are not considered to be faulty.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at sales@danilova.com.au 

 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
